Overview

The protein staple, in every colour.

Lentils are the second-most consumed pulse globally after beans. VAMM supplies four major lentil classes — red lentils (masoor), yellow lentils (toor dal), brown lentils (sabut masoor), and specialty green lentils — each in both whole and split formats.

Primary sourcing from Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar — supplemented by Canadian and Australian imports during lean Indian seasons. Every lot runs through colour-sorting, sizing and polishing before packing.

Pack formats from 1kg retail to 50kg industrial and 1-tonne jumbo bags.
