India — the original spice kitchen of the world.

India produces and exports more spices than any country on earth — over half of global spice trade. VAMM sources from the origin regions for each variety: turmeric from Erode and Nizamabad, chilli from Guntur and Warangal, cardamom from Idukki, pepper from Wayanad, cumin from Unjha, coriander from Rajasthan.

Our Kochi and Vizag spice-processing facilities handle cleaning, sterilisation (steam and ETO alternatives), grinding, sieving, metal detection and packing. Every batch is food-safe tested for aflatoxin, pesticide residue and microbiological quality.
